NATEX, PAID BUT NO DELIVERY

We paid Natex on two occasions, the first occasion they short delivered 4 x 4,5 Fire extinguishers to the value of R 1128.60. We then re-ordered and paid for various other Fire extinguishers to the value of R 2371.20 but have had no deliveries (payment was made in July for both amounts).<br> <br> I have phoned on many occasions since this time and either get no answer from their phone number, on a few occasions we have spoken to Veronica and she has promised to get Bruce to phone back but have yet to get any response from him.<br> <br> I have emailed Bruce and asked for an explanation on this matter but he has ignored this as well.<br> <br> We have been selling Natex Fire Extinguishers for many years now and I think that this treatment from a supplier is highly unprofessional.
