This supplier is pathetic and cannot give a quote on-time, he has failed to meet any of the requirements and i believe that the site is also falsely advertising as there is no chance of getting a website written as an HTML5 or CSS. This person resells the service with a website builder and charges a markup of 120% with no guarantee that the services provided will be maintained.
