NOT BE TRUSTED AT HIS WORD

Natco Gearboxes was recommended regards the refurbishment of the auto transmission and power steering on my classic Jaguar. I have experienced similar experiences as the other contributors listing complaints on this forum. My experience includes bad workmanship on both box and steering. Transmission seems to have now been repaired to an acceptable level by him, but not the power steering. Norman VOLUNTEERED a full refund on the power steering which I accepted. Two months later I am still waiting for said refund of R2700. Whenever I phone or e-mail NEARLY every week to follow up, Norman has excuses that ranges from changing e-mails to telephone problems to whatever excuse is handy. Like another contributor stated here, I have also caught him up a few times in lies that he has told to me Also the vehicle was at his place for 3 months (Sept-Dec ''14) on the original repairs, and about two weeks on the ''comeback'' I am now instigating legal and or debt collecting actions against him. My advice is to NOT to do business with this individual, nor any business associated to him based on my experience and reading the all to similar experiences of other contributors to this forum.
