Unsatisfied client.

All was good we purchased the machine. After we paid the machine they are still sending messages saying there is an owing amount we have all our paperwork showing the machine was paid in full. We have contacted them this morning and still waiting on them to return our call as promised. The people cannot deliver a decent service and don't know what the amount is that the messages refer to. How do you solve this we can take it further these people need to sort out their lives and get their act together.
