Natashan Observatory APPALLING SERVICE

Bought an aqua ozone from Natashan Observatory. Sent it for yearly services the machine was booked in for service in 2015. Nadeem the service manager has been giving me the runaround since then. In 2016 the Service Department called to schedule a service and I informed them that the machine was with them. Nadeem said the machine was at CTI head office. I was at CTI spoke to Vuyo of services, he said machine was not with them Nadeem has it. I tried to get hold of the owner of Natashan but no such luck. He is always not available or my complaint will be escalated. At first the service was fine but now its appalling. At CTI their financier I said that I want my money back as I have not had use of the machine for 3 years. Now I'm still getting the runaround. I need this issue to be resolved ASAP
