Natashan, 29B WRENSCH ROAD, OBSERVATORY, CAPE TOWN, 7925. POOR SERVICE

I bought one of these ozone products from Natashan in Observatory, but returned the product unused to them within 5 days. Now I've been blacklisted by their financing company as a ******* manager/supervisor never returned the item. I'm trying to resolve this with a lady called Edwina, but she's dodging me and giving me the run around. So very disgusted with this company, never deal with ******* companies like this...
