BAD SERVICE FROM NATASHAN

<p>Hi I would like to lay a complaint against a company called Natashan. They came over to my house and did a demonstration on how to use the Aqua Ozone Therapy machine on the 19 February 2017. We didn't have time to think about this deal and We made a hasty decision and signed a contract to purchase this machine over 18 months. However we didn't expect everything to happen so fast. Within Minutes after signing the documents they delivered the machine to my house and installed it the very same day which happened to be a Sunday.<br /> They didn't verify my details or do any credit checks to see if I was a valid client. They also didn't inform us that this is a hygienic product and they failed to inform us that we couldn't cancel it. They did not go through the terms n conditions with us either.<br /> So my husband and I thought about it and realised we made a huge mistake and we were very sceptical about this whole deal and suspicious about the way this company conducted business. <br /> We also realised that we wouldn't be able to afford to pay for this product after seeing the total amount we would have to pay over the 18 months which accumulated to R14000. It seems like a big ******* when the product sells for R5000 - R7000 online. <br /> So I called Desmaine the consultant the next day on the 20th February to tell her to please cancel this contract immediately because we can't afford it.<br /> She then referred me to contact Mr A Bhoola, who she said was in charge of cancellations. <br /> However when I spoke to Mr Bhoola he said she's talking nonsense and that the legal dept is handling this case. He's just the finance manager.<br /> I have been waiting feedback from Desmaine or Mr Bhoola to this date.</p> <p>I called Mr Bhoola again on 28th March 2017 and I'm still waiting for the so called legal department to call me.<br /> I am tired of waiting. I shouldn't be forced into buying this product if I can't afford it and I'm not happy with the service I received from the staff of Natashan. They are not very professional and were misleading in their presentation.
