<p>Hi All. I would just like to warn everybody not to deal with Natasha R Brinkow. She work with a Paul from the licence department in Midrand and states that she can arrange to get your licence quicker. If you phone her there is always a story and everytime she says it will be next month, which has now gone on since October 2016. Now when you phone her phone is off. I just need my money back. According to me this is theft. Please stay clear.</p>
