Worse Service of my life

On the 10/10/15 we tried to book at the spa and we encountered Nceti the receptionist. We had a problem with our business card as we had ran out of funds. We enquired if we can have someone arange the payment from Vryhied. She was so rude and didnt seem concerned and treated us as if we are fools. She ignored us and just called the next customer. We decided to leave. On the 13/2/16 we went there again only to encounter the same Ceti, it got worse as the attitude is still the same inspite of the fact that she didnt remeber us from the last time. She presents the worst face of the business and idont think that i will ever visit this place. The bar lady Ziningi and the guy at the kitchen siyabonga were super Friendly and need to be complemented though.
