No security and management at pools and camp sites

I was camping at Natal Spa, there were young people (+- 18 years) in the pool and some of them did not have proper swim wear on. There were 2 of them that were hanging on each other and were doing some inappropriate gestures in the swimming pool. At no stage was there any security or \policing"around the pools although there are rules that said proper swimwear must be used. I passed the pool and seen the male was sucking on the breast of the female and I total lost it and chased them out of the pool. I tried to get hold of security and after about 15 min the manager arrived and he handled it further (although I do not know what he have done). On Friday night there were drunks in the camp area that pitched their tent on an area that was not a camp site close to my camp area. They were noisy until 2am when I went to make them quiet but again no security was available to enforce proper conduct. <br> <br> """
