NATAL SPA HOT SPRINGS & LEISURE RESORT

I am very disappointed, no I am disgusted. I traveled very early this morning from Ermelo with my fiance and mother to spend some quality time with them at Natal Spa.

As we arrived there the gate personnel was no help at all. She gave us a brief look and asked us " How must I help?"

We were looking forward to a day spent well with each other and traveled all the way.

Sorry the resort is full. Only 20 day visitors per day. How can that be? Only 20 day visitors per day?

Traveled the whole morning just to stop there and hear that we must come back tomorrow maybe. Mind you that there was more than 20 cars parked at the day visitor's parking. How can there only be 20 visitors then?

Just as we reversed to go back home another 2 cars and a mini bus pulled up in front of the gate and they were let in. AS A DAY VISITORS MIGHT YOU KNOW. How do I know? The were parking there that's how.

I will never recommend any person, family or myself to visit Natal Spa ever again. NEVER!!! Natal Spa you have poor service and need an update on your website.
