Lack of management

I have been dealing with Natal Roofing and Consultants for the renovations of a house. They have been alright to deal with but one has to beg and plead to get anything done. The sales persons excuse is that they are always busy, understaffed and on other projects. They have never done the first thing right the first time, there has always been an issue which needs fixing.

They are quite cheap, but you get what you pay for and if you are willing to continually follow up on progress and commitments they have given, then you should use them. Do not use their estimates and timelines for any projects, they will cause you to have serious delays and huge frustrations and not the cost savings you would expect.
