Unqualified Technicians

I had a problem with my fridge. The freezer section was working perfectly but the fridge was not cooling [this is a double door fridge/freezer]. The guys from Natal Refrigeration came and checked it out. He told me to replace a part which he did and left. The next day, the fridge became like a freezer and worst of all, huge chunks of ice was forming in fridge section. I called the company again, the technician who came told he to replace a long wire in the back and will be sorted out. This did not help. On both occasion, I had to pay for the parts and labour. I reported the cases to them but did not want to engage them anymore. I am still having the same problem but at least I am not wasting money on calling these idiots. Be Careful with this company - the technicians are useless.!!!
