Unprofessional Service

<p>I have paid for the property and have been in contact with Joslyn from the time I started applying... Though I even landed in her hands because of poor response from her colleague Vanita. They rushed me to pay as properties are in high demand etc... After all of that i still kept the contact and my questions on the mail was answered telephonically after requesting communicating via mail... this showed me that anything that they are saying they dont want to bind themselves.</p> <p>Today after calling several times to get hold of the properties key's they where unable to give them to me as they dont have the keys... I have made them aware that I am paying per night where am staying but they CLEARLY did this did not bother them at all.</p> <p>The next thing Vanita says I can come sleep at her house?????? Like really , who does that?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Just do your job proper and get yourselves organized, communication is the best key... If i have to give you tips myself.</p> <p> </p>
