I have been looking for a place for the past 3 months and considering natal properties is one of the leading agents in pmb I chose to deal with them ,but the service I received from agent Jennifer sigamoney is unproffesional. She was always rude and abrupt I lost out on 2 properties due to her incompetence. This is the final straw , 2nd property I was approved which the rental was much higher than the 1st property I app**** for. I viewed property on thursday phoned natal property on Friday and jennifer was permnantly unavailable and never got back to me thereafter vanita assisted me who told me I cannot pay the deposit until Jennifer okays it and could not find my documents, the entire day passed and know one got back to me, phoned jennifer at 8:30 Monday morning she told me to pay deposit as I was on the website doing payment within a few minutes of ending call I get a call to say property is taken. It is unprofessional for an agent to double book a place. What if I made the payment than it would have been a nightmare to get my money back. The way she deals with customers needs to be addressed. When I tried to view places the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpfull. This is the
