RUDE ARROGANT UPROFESSIONAL AGENT

I have had the worst experience with one of their Agents. the agent called Vanita David. She is arrogant, and rude. I will never forget her and as we speak she is not even responding to my emails. So my company decided to relocated me to Pietermaritzburg and so I was looking for property. unfortunately, the lady who was helping me is Vanita David. She has made my life a living hell. firstly she was rude, she would cut me off when I spoke, she is arrogant and plain old ****** . The moment i spoke to her she wanted unreasonable documents from me including my letter of employment which i did give to her. She the wanted to speak to on of my bosses to confirm if I had a real Job, which then she did. During this process I was treated like a ******** or a *****. When she was busy talking to my superior she was shouting at her and my manager got so mad and asked if really want this property and I said yes. She then demanded a letter from my company stating that I will be moving to Pietermaritzburg. that was also given to her. She even went as far as calling the office asking for my manager and unfortunately she was in the meeting and CEO of the picked up the phone. She then demanded to speak to my senior, the CEO told her she is in a meeting......yooooooooooooh this lady started shouting at the CEO, until the CEO lost his temper. she was so rude and unprofessional.

when everything was sent she said I could send the deposit with 1 months rent including utilities and agent fees which I did. I did the payments on a Friday, and on the following Monday I had to go For training in KZN. She sent me the lease agreement which I could not sign because I did not have access to a Printer or scanner. I did explain to her that I was not at the office and will do so when I came back. She the proceeded to raise her voice at me and shout and said she needs the lease agreement forms signed. Vanita David is a rude ***. I will never forget her. Friday came, and my company told me that I will no longer move to Pietermaritzburg, instead they need me posted in Durban. When I called and told her that I will not be taking the property....she got mad and shouted at me and told me that its out of her hands and I might not get the my full refund back because they took the property out of the website, however she will talk to her managers. After the *** 'Vanita David' dropped the call i proceeded to call their office and ask for her managers number or email so i could lay a complaint. I spoke to one of the agents who gave me Allymay Bearpack. I tried to call her but no one answer my called until I decided to email her. I sent her an email explaining my experience with Vanita and how I was not a happy customer and also that I would like my refund because I had never set foot in the property and never even signed the lease agreement. She did not even bother to respond

Today I have not gotten my refund or a call from them. The last email I got was from Vanita telling me that she would only give me a portion of the money I paid back to me if only the get someone to take the property before the 1st of October 2020. After that she has not contacted me. Yesterday I sent her an email asking her on the progress and that I would like my Refund because I am moving somewhere else. She did not respond.

Natal Property is a ****ty unprofessional consulting agency. I would rather die then do business with them and especially that witch called Vanita. She is rude and arrogant. All I am asking for is my Refund or my deposit.
