Pathetic unprofessional service

<p>I rented a flat through natal properties for 2016. Firstly, no estate agent walked through the flat with me to assess faults, i was told to list them and email them to her. During the year a few faults were fixed. When time came to move out, the agent came to inspect an pointed out faults to me that i had initially complained about. Upon telling him these faults are pre-existing and that emails had been sent to the initial agent upon moving in, i was told that apparently their computers have crashed and they do not have copies. Since when does it mean that if a computer crashes you do not have access to old emails? Furthermore, should these have not been printed out and kept in a file? </p> <p>It took a month before i recieved my deposit, which was not the full amount. Despite sending emails to them i still have no response as to why a part of my deposit was deducted.</p> <p>This is just one compliant regarding their poor service. There are numerous more.</p> <p>I do not advise anyone to sell or rent property to them. Very Very unprofessional.</p>
