No electricity the whole complex due to no funds paid to the municipality/No financials

If you need a property to buy or rent, please stay away from them. We are renting in Beacon Hill estate and they are the body cooperate, we don't have electricity since Friday the 21st and till today the 24th they have not done anything, they had to wait for us to call and check what they have done and they didn't do anything, imagine the damage to our food, they are not even taking it serious because if they did they would have given us an update in the morning and call people that needed to avail themselves for this to be resolved. i wouldn't consider buying using their service and when you rent please check because they are difficult to deal with, municipality said they have not been paying, by the way we still don't have electricity, if our food gets spoiled then expect a lawsuit for damages and inconvenience of work. imagine our offices are in Gauteng and i cant work, cant attend meetings, we bath with cold water. Stay away guys, i repeat stay away.
