26 Jan 2026, 10:02The agent conducted an outgoing inspection only and is not withholding my deposit for a corner chip of a bathroom times that cannot fit additional items due to its size and the alleged damage is a developmental issue and not a fair wear and tear nor my negligence. I therefore refused to sign the report.
