Extension of Carport

Hi Natal Properties is the worst body corporate i ever came across they think we are renting from them when we paying our rates and levies. I had asked for permission to extend my carport and they refused along with the trustees who i cannot get on with?

I see all the other complex in town with extended carports i has asked chairman he said they cannot stop you from extending your carport as there is an existing plan and its adding value to the property.
