Bad follow through service

New cupboards in our bedrooms are breaking because the doors are too long for the amount of hinges. I brought it to the supplier's attention when they were being put in and they assured me it would be fine and they would fix it if it wasn't. I have phoned numerous times and emailed to request fixing and they don't respond to me. Today I drove there and there was no-one in the office.
