<p>After signing a garden services contract in 2007, I was satisfied with the service for many years. Lately this have changed and they started missing attending my garden, not doing a good job and ignoring my effords to find out what the problem was. Phone calls and e-mails have been ignored.</p> <p>The last time they missed an appointment on a Tuesday, they turned up early evening the next day (no notification) to cut the lawn, which was totally unacceptable. I was promised a cut on the Thursday, which never happened. The fee is being paid, in advance by debit order, so they have my money, but I don't have the service I've paid for.</p>
