Poor with 100%percent ********* service

It's been 4 months now since I have complained to them regarding my dad's head stone after they have put someone closer to him leading the way grave to fall. I was promised that it will attended to to my suprised after so many months still nothing has been done. They don't respond to my emails and when they do I get to be *********ed I had to follow up on them as my email was read and ignored.... Currently I have started communicating with CPA officer for an advise. With so much that has been paid together there poor service I got from them I would not recommend it to anyone.
