Bereaved Family’s worst nightmare

On Friday 17th July 2020 we had to bury my mother in this memorial park and upon getting there, the wrong grave had been dug up. As we had already bought a grave in the previous years next to my brother. This was communicated with the memorial park and assured us that all was in order. We had to wait for 3 hours for the correct grave to be dug up.

This is unacceptable and one of the worst experiences for the bereaved family.

Utterly distugusted
