Poor customer care and telephone ethics

You wait for a very long time for the call to be answered and when the switchboard operator transfer you to the service advisors they just answer your phone but not say anything to you but just continue to communicate with other people in the background..very unprofessional and unfriendly service. I called twice thismorning with no luck.
