Extremely Poor Service

I have been calling the store for the past 2 weeks tryig to get a quotation for brake discs and brake pads for my car, but everytime I get transfered to sales consultant they do not assist instead the just speak to someone else while I am holding the line andthey do not even tell me to hold the line. They just ignore me and continue talking with who ever they are talking to. Even today I called and the lady who answered was very rude and shouted "praat maan". I find this very unprofessional and the service is extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
