Dead battery

Naskar refuses to honor their warranty on a battery i bought in May 2022 after having confirmed that it is dead.

I drove there 4 times with them not calling me nor giving me a definite answer. Only on the 4th time, they tell me about terminals. The same terminals were "damaged" becouse i had to charge their battery multiple times prior to learning that it actually had a problem.

The staff is rude and unprofessional
