Compensation for my petrol and labour costs.

I went to silverton Naskar spares to buy Radiator,mine was leaking,so I drove all the way from mabopane in Winterweldt to go buy the radiator,they also asked for my VN number I gave it to them. So when they were putting the new ,it was the wrong one. I was very upset,I called the store they told me the manager is buzy,later my husband called they told him that they can't see the manager,we want to be compensated for the petrol and the labour ,we paid the person who was working on the car , exchanging radiator. Now we must come exchange it and pay that person again.i am very disappointed.i want to be compensated for my petrol plus labour costs.I trust Naskar spares in Silverton.so now I don't know,I am not happy at all.very frustrated. Why is their stuff not trained very well.to know his/her work.
