Bad service by Naskar Silverton

I bought an oil pump in March 2017 and the pump didn't work, returned the product and spoke to Greck and told me its because of the silicon app**** but how do you install without putting the silicon to reduce leakage? Visited the business several times with no joy, now he's telling me they won't credit the part.
