Friendly and efficient service

Thursday evening, 16 October 2025, my car's battery (SABAT) suddenly started giving trouble. I took the car to Naskar Silverlakes the next day (where the battery was bought less than a year ago). Although the queue was long, I did not wait more than 2 minutes to be assisted. I was assisted by Martin. He was very friendly and helpful, and to the point (which I highly appreciate). He tested the battery, confirmed it was dead, and replaced it under warranty - no questions asked.

I was in-and-out under 10 minutes.
