Disappointed Client : You are selling defective parts

Naskar Pretoria north management is very selfish .I bought a defective clutch concentric thrust bearing 4 weeks ago. they take my contact so that they will give me update on claim . They did not call me back , when I do fellow up they tell me stories. To my surprise they did not even send back the spare part to the supplier. When ever I go there for follow up they promise to me call back. Because now they have money in their pocket they don't care. I am now regretting for using this spare shop. They don't have customer care at all. Imagine wasting your fuel driving up and down , wen you get there they tell you Marabastati stories. That's unprofessional! .
