wrong clutch kit supp**** and refuse to exchange it

Andres gearbox and diff centre reconditioned my Nissan Cabstars gearbox and sourced a Rhino Valeo clutch kit from Naskar in Hertzog str, Waverley. Alex the salesman said het matched the clutch kit from the old clutch and pressure plate. The new clutch kit was fitted but the Cabstar couldnt select gears. The gearbox was removed and after close investigation it was realized that the clutch kit supp**** wasnt for a Nissan Cabstar. Naskar now refuse to exchange the clutch kit and Alex blocked me on his phone. I spoke to the Manager at Naskar who said his name is Jakes and said he will contact Andres gearbox and diff centre and will phone me back the next day. He did phone me back and said that he spoke to Andre and Andre said that i drove the vehicle out of his shop and that the gearbox was 100%. I immediately drove to Andres ship and he denies everything and says that Nobody from Naskar contacted him. He said thay Jakes is lying.
