Store wont replace battery under warranty

I bought a vehicle battery from them (Naskar Silverton) in 2016, the battery comes with a 2 Year warranty. This warranty expires in August of 2018.

What happens is that the battery looses power if the vehicle's engine is not running. This batter charges, but if it stands for some time, even unplugged from the terminal, it would lose power. This forced me to kick start the vehicle and due to this "fix" I also had to replace my engine mountings as it thorn due to the shock of kick-start.

I have taken this battery to their shop and they claimed that the batter is 100% correct "it show that its charging"

I predict that I might have a dead cell or something. I was sent home with the battery.

I am not happy with this as a consumer, I would like to replace this battery as I have a valid warranty for this product i'm no longer happy with.

If they believe this battery is working, they can put it into the vehicle of their CEO and let him start his vehicle with it.

I Need to be called back urgently with feedback/plan of action.
