FALSE ADVERTISING
I went to Naskar spares in Pretoria North. To buy car seat that they have on special for R239.00 (SC14A GREY). To my surprise when I got to the shop to buy them, at the till the price was R348.00 not R 239.00. I asked the cashier about the price, and I told her that, this one that I'm hold are on special on their Easter sale pamphlet for R239.00. she looked at the pamphlet and told me that the code that they have on the pictures of their special pamphlet is not the same as the one they are selling on special. I told her that I want the one on their pamphlet not the one they are showing me. she called a salesperson to show me the code that is on their pamphlet, but it was not the same as the one on their pamphlet. I told the salesperson that for me drive all the way to their shop was of the picture and the price. If you tell me that it was just for showoff, it is not the right one. It means it is false advertising and he told me that it is not. I told him that he needs to call the manager and tell him about the seat covers. The manager come to me with an attitude and told me that the picture of the seat cover was just a picture not something that they are selling. I asked him is that not false advertising from you guys. Still with the attitude he said it not my friend or you can call it what you want, and he left me without helping me. I'm not sure if it is because I'm black he did not make any means of helping me. I ask one the staff in the shop what is their manager's name and the said that his name is PAUL. I know my right as a customer. I'm not sure if I will buy at their shop again.
