Title deed papers missing sent with CourierIT

I am very unhappy with the fact that Nasima Kahn is using a courier service that is so very very bad. CourierIT. There is so many bad reviews for courierit online and then Nasima Kahn is using them to send very important documents like a title deed for a house. We had a problem before with this same title deed for our house, when Absa gave Nasima Kahn the closing of the bond on our house. I don't know who is the worst here. ABSA or Nasima Kahn or Courierit??? This has been nearly a year that we are waiting for this. Really?? Now eventually they sent it to us with Courierit and now it is missing, and we cannot get any answers on this. Or this has been a huge case of Murphy's law that our parcel is the one who went missing?? We tried to contact Courierit with no luck. According to them it was delivered to us last Friday to a person with the name Constance. We do not know who that is. I did communicate with Nasima Kahn's office but they also cannot get hold of the Courierit office. I think Nasima Kahn's office can drive to Courierit's offices and go and sort this out and deliver the parcel personally to us.
