HORRIBLE SERVICE - DON'T EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH NASHUA

I will never recommend anyone to rent or sign a contract with Nashua after my experience. It took them 14 days sort out my printer that I rent from them. That, after I had to go and spend extra cost on a lawyer to help me with the problem. Their sales manager treated me with disrespect and told me that I only hear what I want to hear and he used credit worthiness as a weapon why I can't have demands. When I last checked I was the customer who paid every month and I have the right to speak up when I am not satisficed with a product. After all that I logged a formal complaint with their branch manager, explaining that I am not satisfied with the way that his sales manager treated me. He promised to look into it and give feed back. Today it has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. They are misleading in every way. I wanted to cancel my contract and really don't want to do business with anyone who treats me with disgrace. Unfortunately I am stuck with them till next year as they demand a amount to release me from the contract.
