Horrible Service by Danielle

I bought a toner at nashua in mpumalanga middelburg and it was supposed to be delivered on the 02/12/2022 then Danielle called and said they will bring it on monday. I waited till 16:20 and called Danielle on monday at 16:23 and I told her its not delivered as yet, I then explained to her that I need the toner ASAP then I suggested to come to the office in middelburg she promised me that the toner will be available on tuesday 06/12/2022 at 07:30am. I took money and poured petrol and went to collect it to my suprise I waited for over 20 minutes even though Danielle knew that I was coming. I tried to call her twice but she did not answer my calls and the receptionists told me that the toner has not arrived as yet. I am very disappointed at the level of service and the broken promises made by Danielle.
