DO NOT USE NASHUA.

In a time when the world has come together to help each other. When we have seen big corporates and even small businesses have help their customers where they can.. Nashua has just shown us they do not care about you, the customer, at all. Doesn't even matter if you've been with them for a decade.

My business had to close down, we tried really hard during 2020 to stay afloat, pay our staff and our bills. But at a point we had to call it quits because the money ran out. All the savings were gone. It was heart-breaking. Covid had really taken its toll.

But then, say hello to Nashua, who we've been a client of for about 10 years probably. Said no to any payment holiday during Covid. Then refused any kind of payment deal when we said we need to cancel the contract because we are closing. We returned the printer. Then Friday passed, a court summons arrives. They want over R200 000 from us.

I am in absolute shock that they are gunning for a small business (A closed business mind you). Do they not think the last year was traumatic enough? While I understand they are a business too, but not even any negotiation, no discount. absolutely nothing. It’s disgusting.

Also great to see they put down the printer value as R25 000 but we still have to pay over R200 000. Which just proves they are cheating all of us. Seriously, do not get in contract with them. Rather buy your own printer.

I wish we had never trusted them with our business and I'll make sure every person I know never does business with them. DO NOT get into business with them.
