COVID PAINS ARE NOT CONSIDERED

DONT TRUST NASHUA WITH YOUR BUSINESS. ESPECIALLY NOT IN THIS TIME OF COVID. My company has not been operating for the last year due to COVID, but still we trying as much as we can to pull things together and revive the business. We made contact with nashua to inform them that we can not afford the printer we have anymore, we made payment arrangements but the lady Reinette Kieser constantly harrasses us. My husband had to find a job because the business is not doing well, we were very much dependant on it, as that was he's primary work. Reinette Kieser kept calling he's new place of work, even leaving messages with reception, obviously trying to get my husband fired from he's new work. Training industry is crumbling, we asked Nashua for a settlement and they say we must pay 40+ thousand for the contract, just imagine, for a printer that you wont even have whereas they will be giving the printer to another company as a second hand, mind you we wont even own that printer, the lady constantly harrases us whereas we made an arrangement with her, as if we have run away, but they know exactly where they can go and collect that printer, Some companies have no understanding of their clients and do not even care, she has now threatened us with a blacklist, imagine being blacklisted during this covid period, that will leave you in a position worse than before. this company is not mindful, empathetic or understanding and for that, I would never ever reccomment their service, If I could come out this contract I really would, also when my company grows and is back on their feet - I will never ever consider NASHUA EVER, for every new training company that enters the training industry I will ensure that they also know and are aware that NASHUA is not a company to work with, not at all, when we started business with them, everything was great, our business was doing well, now that its sinking they want to help us make that whole bigger, I will also be contacting the ombudsman.
