Business Fibre is always down and bad/no after service .

Our company requires internet connectivity for daily operations and we have a Business fibre connection serviced by Nashua Kopano. We recently moved from VOX to Nashua and unfortunately the internet with nashua is always down (Three times in the last two weeks) and it takes them days to fix the issue. They do have a client support line to assist their clients. we only one a cellphone number of our account manager who is not always available. Nashua is by far the most expensive when it comes to fibre and internet services and we thought their service would be better the average service provider.

Please help us as we not have internet connectivity, and no one can help us .
