Nashue has a 30% yearly increase on copier contracts!!!! Shocking!!!!

We signed a 5 year contract with nashua vaal for a printer. After investigating the invoice we realized that they have been increasing our yearly usage cost with more that 30% year on year. This heafty increase is nowhere in our contract and after phoning them twice now to please send me the contract where this has been signed fore we have had zero feedback from them. Last person we spoke to was Selinda on the 4th of this month, she was going to send me the contract which as the previous promise, never happened.
