well i do not have a good experiences with them my story starts with me owning a internet shop in Umkomaas At the beginning i did not have a problem they were very help full i run 3 of there printers . The day when the rep Come and see me his words was we are here for you Mrs Durno when you need help we are a phone call way. my problem is that the overhands on the 3 printers are to much I battle to make payment month to month I contact Nashua to please help me I would like them to take 1 of my color printers back and give me a black printer to cut cost well i went to there offices and I was promise that 1 of there reps will come and see me that is now 3 weeks and no rep he made me a promise to see me the next day
