Nashua North - your service sucks

I placed an order for consumables with Nashua North 5 days ago and have not heard from the sales executive since then. Tried email, no reply. Tried phoning her, no reply. Eventually this morning a guy called Brandon answered the telephone, said he was the only one in the office, that he would phone her to find out about my order and get back to me in 10 minutes.... 5 hours later I?m still waiting, and of course nobody picks up the phone any more.<br> This level of \service"is unacceptable"""
