Pathetic insensitive franchise owners.

Pinetown Nashua employs only people who are intellectually handicapped, rude, uncouth and often illiterate. Unfortunately they are giving Nashua a bad name. A real gentleman from head office tried to help to resolve the problem and sent my complaint to Nashua's Pinetown branch. I was given the assurance that Pinetown management will get back to me. Unfortunately, the management of Pinetown are so arrogant that they don't think that rural people are worthy of their attention and time. They refuse to talk to me or to hear my side of the story. When I asked Verusha, on two different occassions to speak to a manager, she arrogantly refused. I now believe that Verusha is the owner of Nashua because of her bad attitude. She talks to me like I'm her kid. She bullies me and also sent an arrogant bully to harrass me. They cannot keep to their contracts because they claim we are too far away for them to bother to send a vehicle or technician. Yesterday, I had to buy two inks, yet it's part of our contrac- they charge me heavily. They are a lazy, ******** bunch of thoughtless people who discriminate against the poorest of the poor and get rich at the expense of innocent children.
