Nashua - the worst service in a long time

We are a printing company in Limpopo province, and have been with Konica Minolta for many years. Then Mr. Patrick Giovannoni came in one day and offered me a great deal on a refurbished Nashua printer. I accepted the deal and they brought the 2 printers. One colour and one black printer. To make a very long and frustrating story short, I had problem after problem with the printers, the printers had marks on them from day one. I had to go out and print elsewhere, after numerous phone calls to managers etc. and absolutely no feedback from any of them, I quickly moved back to the much more reliable Konica Minolta. <br> I will not recommend this company.<br> I still receive accounts from them for printing, even though I don't have their printers anymore.<br> Really shocking!
