Misleading Customers in signing Contracts - Nashua Durban, KZN

In 2015 Nashua approached us and offered us a PABX solution, which they promised to port our existing Telkom Landline including ADSL to themselves. This never happned.

The contract agreement was a 24 month contract period, however when we were following due to complaints that arosed from the beggining of the contract, now we found the contract term had been amended without our knowledge, from 24months to 60 months. To name a few issues/complaints to Nashua
we were being double billed for the same service

We have made numerous attempts to have this resolved, we have visited Nashua's offices unannounced in order to get their attention. in the process we met with Greg van Caspel (MPS Software Sales Manager) we have in record where Mr Greg akcknowledged theirfault: 1. Misleading contract, which he promised that it will be reviewed.
2.He promised to credit us the amount which was being double billed from the beggining of the contract month to date.
Fast forward to 2017 nothing has been done about our issues, we again visted Nashua to get the same issues resolved, more promises were made to visit us on site and have this ironed out once and for all.
It never materialised still no visit from Nashua.

Susan Jacoby made these promises to visit us and we were clear that we are withholding payments until this matter is resolved. instead she sidelined us and treated us unfairly but never kept to her promises.Which raises questions whether Nashua such a Big Company do they treat all their customers like they are doing to us (smme). We are trying to run a business and support Nashua in the process yet they are reaping us off.

We appeal that someone at Nashua with consciounce that can take ownership of this issue so we work together and get this matter resolved asap. From a very unhappy custommer.
