Appalling Service

On the 25th of October 2017, I signed a contract with Nashua Central to install CCTV cameras at my property. On the 26th of October I paid the invoice in full. I never heard a word from them after that even though I had requested installation the following week and even though they had religiously called me prior to acceptance of the contract. After my repeated calls they eventually arrived on 10 November to install. They laid one cable at this time. They returned four days later and were on site for three days and in this time did not complete the installation. We agreed that one additional camera was needed. They have agreed to order it and complete the installation. I am continually phoning and emailing to find out when they will complete the installation and I keep getting told they will come back to me within an hour, which they never do. I am desperate to have installation completed before the Christmas holidays and I am at my wits end to know what further to do. The service has been appalling.
