BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND *******

Please be careful of purchasing any geysers or plumbing equipment from NASCO plumbing in BOOYSENS they are a bunch of lies and don't have interest in customer values , I purchased a geyser and few electrical equipment worth R14000 from them last year .The geysers are named GAP GEYSERS so this geyser just over heats so we call them in to tell them this geyser is giving problem it's not even 6 months of having the geyser so they tell us we need to contact the company of the geyser which is now GAp right we call them no answer we did research NOTHING,so after contacting ALAN the manager of NASCO telling him my frustrations,he says we don't get hold of this people either which is there supplier of GAP and this is frustrating because this is a new geyser in my mind he them confirms that GAP has been liquidated declared as insolvency I get a plumber out of my pocket the plumber says MAM the safety belt and the thermostat found in this geyser is already expired November 2021 the same month which I bought the geyser and this is the reason for the fault I'm now calling Nasco asking my refund or a new geyser they not willing to assist me with either so this is day light **** of ******* and where can this type of companies be reported they should be reported further how could they not have know there supplies where liquidated.
