Terrible work environment

The working environment is terrible . The company takes money from your salary if you leave , when their trainers don't teach they talk about their life and also harass trainees and speak inappropriately, it isn't even considered training because the trainer gives you the memo with the question paper. There is no organisation in this company. They pay a minimum rate per hour , they do exploit staff , how can human beings live on a salary as such . DURBAN (Ksi)
