If you've lost your luggage - you're *****ed.

My sister-in-law's luggage was left behind in Seychelles, they filled in the required form and were told they would be regularly updated via email or a phone call.

After 3 days of silence, I've tried 10 times (currently still on hold as 'caller #1 please hold' for the last 10 minutes) to get into contact with the lost luggage department, I have attempted 3 different landline numbers given by other departments, all unsuccessful. The cellphone number for 'emergencies' goes straight to voicemail even though I am calling during their operating hours. Emails are ignored.

I have been 'caller number 2 then number 1' for over an hour, with 10 different attempts. On two occasions, the employee literally picked up and hung up on me after waiting as 'caller number 1' for 20 minutes the first time and 12 minutes the second time.

There is just no answer, no means of contact. Literally anything and everything I can think of, I have tried.

It is RIDICULOUS that they say and I quote from their website "NCAS constantly provides proactive services to its customer airlines and in keeping with its mission statement, places a significant emphasis on quality, service delivery and customer satisfaction. The NCAS Passenger Services team is available 365/24/7 ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a seamless passenger experience delivered on behalf of our client airlines in all aspects of airport passenger handling." on their website nascolossal.co.za when their service is basically non-existent.

As I am typing this, it has been 20 more minutes of being the next caller and the phone just rings. NOBODY ANSWERS.
